All property owners are subject to obtaining a Fire Tag. We recommend each property to be marked in case of emergency, this will help immensely. 911 address signs can be purchased in our online store or in the main Goose Creek Lake Fire Dept headquarters located at 9103 Beach Dr.
Fire Tags can also be downloaded manually, filled out and brought to the Goose Creek Lake Fire Dept. headquarters located at 9103 Beach Dr.

Buying a Fire Tag for each lot you own covers you for all Emergencies within Goose Creek. If all lots you own are not paid IN FULL, you will BE SUBJECT to paying the rates as stated in Missouri Revised Statues Chapter 320 (SEE BELOW). Also check with your insurance company to see what they will cover if your Fire Tag is not fully paid, on all lots you own.

Since we started with the Fire Tag system, we have strived to control costs. Fuel, repairs, utilities, operations and insurance costs have increased each year. Only 73% of all property owners who pay assessments actually pay their EMERGENCY SERVICES & FIRE TAG.

No Charge on any call
Non-Fire Tag Holders: Medical call – No Charge
You can purchase a Fire Tag in one of three ways:

Non-Fire Tag Holders Will be charged the following:
Structure Fire: $100.00 for call-out plus $500.00 per hour (pro-rated) plus PURCHASE of all Fire Tags.
Brush Fire: Same as Structure Fire Vehicle Accident: $100.00 for call out + $200.00/hour
Flue Fire: Same as Structure Fire Vehicle Accident Extrication $100.00 + $200.00/hour
Vehicle Fire: Same as Structure Fire Hazmat: Per DNR Schedule or State Law
Pump Out Boat: Same as Structure Fire Rescue: $100.00 per hour + $100.00 for Call Out
Boat Fire: Same as Structure fire Misc.: As per call and personnel
Sunk Boat Recovery: Same as Structure Fire
Recovery of Items in water: $100.00 for Call Out + $100.00/hour
